Long ago, the Bodhisattva Jizo stood to grandma Kinoshita, lived in the neighborhood, and told her to dig a well. When she did so and actually found this guardian deity appeared. Since then, the “guardian deity” was been carefully enshrined. At the time of Western Tottori Earthquake, the building of Warai-an was rebuilt straight and empty stores around took advantage of this opportunity to become reactivated as a shopping arcade. Warai-an and shopping arcade are completely recovered .
